This is a newly remodeled home with spectacular views of the Pacific ocean. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, while the half bedroom holds a day bed. This home has been remodeled all the way through boasting new hard wood floors and granite counter tops. The kitchen has a open design so enjoy company as you cook. The home has WiFi and satellite TV. Ocean views can be seen from all rooms. Pets allowed!!! If booked between October and April 1st we will offer every 3rd night free. If booked between April and September 30th we offer every 5th night free. Enjoy a walk around the park that boasts multiple pick nick tables, a pizza oven and pond located only a few hundred yards away. The home includes a private beach road access pass. Enjoy the tide pools and long stretch of sand beach.

  We had a wonderful four days at Irish Beach. We had the beach to ourselves and fished, walked and painted. We took a few day trips but stayed safely isolated. It was so nice to be isolated in a great location. It mad the pandemic go away for a few days.

  Gordon at Irish Beach Realty took good care of us.
  The house was very nice, but we found out when we got there that the house is in escrow and the owner had cancelled the wifi and satellite tv service. Some decor was missing - empty picture hanging hardware. Great location and views. Comfy beds and nice towels.

  Carmina is a good, if not very sexy house. This home is one of the older ones at Irish Beach that has been redone pretty well. It is very well equipped and has great views of the ocean. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. There are a few cons. Compared to most homes we have stayed in at Irish Beach, this one is further off of hwy 1 on the east side. There are a couple of neighbors whose homes are very close. It is missing the collection of old books and games that I have come to look forward to finding when we have enough time to go to the beach to unwind. Still, I would rent there again.

  Carmina di Casa was an awesome rental possibly the best we have had while coming to Irish Beach for the last 20 yrs or so. The newly remodeled home was wonderful inside and out. very comfortable with beautiful white water views. Will definitely be back. Over the last 20 yrs have rented from Irish Beach Rentals and other sites including VRBO and Craigslist. After the problems with other sites' homes, we generally only rent from Irish Beach Rentals as the homes are always in good shape and if something happens the staff always addresses immediately -- not the case with other sites that have NO ON LOCATION SUPPORT. Irish Beach Rentals and Carmina di Casa were exactly what we needed. Even had special touches like dog beds, dog bowls and welcoming dog biscuits when we checked in.

  The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Its location is superb. We could enjoy the ocean view directly from the living room and bedrooms. The deck was made very thoughtfully, as one can see the surrounding forest and ocean from there.
  
  However, the caddies in the bathrooms are to be fixed in the wall. There should also be a provision for the night light for the outside stairs. The main entrance lock was a little tricky to open with the given keys. Detailed instructions on how to move the keys in the lock are required.
